Unk Eastchester Black
« on: January 03, 2020, 10:59:37 AM »
WOW unbelievable this is one we have given cuttings away here for free and will be giving free trees away. The seller is really hyping this one up. First time offer and started the bidding out at $100.00 I really fill sorry for this person that made the opening bid.

He is extorting this as having a Orange candy taste is this painting a picture in your mind and on the old taste buds. This I would have to call it as I see it a LIE. Really is this person that brain dead. What a scam !!! Why don't they just tell the truth ?

Well come on J D how do you know it is a lie ? As Paul Harvey would say here is the rest of the story it is really unbelievable that people don't think that the bad karma and lies won't catch up to them this is really amazing and their is no limit on the length of deception they will go to take your money.

The facts are I know the owner of this variety the same person that the seller received his from the same person that sent me mine to give away. This person lives in the same area and he is the person that warned me that it does not taste to the claim made. I will go with his review because he is the source and has the mother tree all the cuttings come from I think that would be a fair call. This is part of the message

Hi JD,
Happy holidays to you and yours, hope all is well,
Just  saw that my  U Eastchester Blk is  being hype up on figbid  and being described as candy orange ...personaly I think it tastes like berries and there is no taste of orange. Im sure you can guess who the seller is....

Well their is no guessing on this one another to watch out for!!!      Oh we are giving these away for Free

The person that this originated from on this variety States has a berry flavor has no orange or orange candy flavor at all to it and they are in the same growing area.

And this is not worth no hundred dollars plenty of free ones around here on Southern figs.

JD, as always, thanks for the heads up.  I see the same hype in the rare poultry hobby.

"So and so has rare genetics from an old lost/forgotten line of birds.  They were discovered in a flock when the owner passed away.   These birds have not been seen outside his closed flock in decades."  Etc, etc, etc

Pump and dump

LSU red extraordinaire, Italian (unk) , Strawberry Verte, Dall Osso Fig, LSU Strawberry,, LSU Black (any), White Maderira,  Col de Dame (any),   RdB, Roberts Golden Rainbow, Adriatic, Panache Tiger, Socorro Black, Qudssaya
