I had read that figs has many health benefits which is why I don't feel guilty in acquiring so many. It helps the endocrine, reproductive, and respiratory systems, as well as the digestive tract. Lets add: antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, fat-lowering, and cell-protective. I am old, so I'll take all the help I can get.
